Terms and conditions

• Service is only available within city limits of Lagos.
• Our vehicles are only available chauffeur-driven.
• Our vehicles are expensive and must be treated with care. Passengers agree to conduct themselves properly and we reserve the right to evict any person from our vehicle and/or terminate the contract in the event of a violation. Profanity, lewdness and harassment directed at the chauffeur or anyone else could be cause for termination of services. In the event of violation, the chauffeur will return the passenger to the pickup point immediately and refunds will not be given.
• Passengers are expected to act safe and obey all laws including those relating to drugs or other illegal substances. Alcohol consumption by minors is prohibited. Any fines for transgression will be paid for by the client. The driver has the right to terminate the service without a refund if there is a deliberate disregard for law or indiscretion on the part of any passenger.
• For passengers' own safety and comfort, we will not transport more persons than the maximum number allowed by law.
• Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
• In the unlikely event of our chauffeurs being late due to any circumstance, no liability will be accepted.
• Parking fees, entrance fees, toll fees and other motoring expenses are for the client’s account.
• ETC accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any property carried in regardless of the cause of the damage.
• Gratuities to chauffeurs are solely at the client’s discretion.
• Any damage caused to the interior/exterior of any of our vehicles by the client will be repaired at the client’s expense.
• ETC does not accept any responsibility for items left in the vehicle during or after service.
• By making a booking, it is assumed that the client has read and understood these conditions.
• The above do not affect your statutory rights.
